In Home Maternity Session | Nicole +Derek

It was a cold afternoon in March when Nicole, Derek and their pup Jeffrey welcomed me into their cozy Vermont home. We documented the quiet time they’re spending preparing to welcome their first baby, Benny, into the world. We then headed to a local beach spot where the ice has begun to melt off the water, but snow flakes still fell upon us. We naturally had the whole beach to ourselves and wandered around for a bit, before the cold started to get to us. This was the first time Nicole and Derek had been to this spot, and I imagine they’ll bring their baby boy back there on one sunny summer afternoon.
